We DO, however, carefully open and thoroughly inspect every item we ship out to ensure it is in 100% top working condition with no cosmetic flaws. For expedited delivery, we use world famous and trusted courier DHL to deliver purchases direct to your door in about one week. For inexpensive shipping options, choose Hong Kong Registered Air Mail. All our tech toys are fully covered by our limited warranty, with most items protected for a full year against any manufacturing defects. Accessories such as cables, cases, memory cards, bags, etc, are warrantied for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Power chargers are warrantied for 90 days. If your warranty claim occurs during the first 6 months of your warranty we will pay the shipping to return your repaired tech toy back to you!
