1: What products do you sell here?
A: At TechToys2go.com you won't find an endless list of products, just a handful of cool and cutting edge gadgets that we can give our wholehearted recommendation to. All items are 100% brand new and factory fresh unless otherwise noted. We also carry older classics and refurbished electronics at low, low prices.

2: Why do you only carry certain products and models?
A: Not all gadgets are created equal. Many gadgets that hit the street have quality issues... flimsy and cheap construction, slow and buggy software, underpowered hardware, or otherwise poor design. We flat out refuse to list these items in our stores. We only sell those tech toys that we happily use ourselves! Also, if we can't give you the best price, we won't bother carrying it.

3: Don't you offer free shipping?
A: There is no such thing as "free" shipping. Check the prices of those websites offering "free" shipping and you will see our prices are always much lower. And their "free" shipping method often takes a month or more to arrive at your door. Why pay the same price in the USA or Europe as a customer ordering from Africa or South America, where shipping costs are much higher? Or why pay shipping twice in order to upgrade your shipping method to DHL? We believe in being up front about shipping costs and clearly list all available shipping methods, delivery times and prices when you add item(s) into your shopping bag/cart... and we don't charge any extra for handling fees. The prices we list are the exact shipping prices we pay!

4: Are all your gadgets brand new?
A: All of our regular products are 100% brand new and factory fresh. Only those items clearly marked refurbished are not, and they have been returned to good-as-new condition by the factory.

5: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Our shopping cart system is set-up to require a minimum order amount of $30 USD before you can checkout.

6: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit card and PayPal balance payments through trusted payment gateway, PayPal. Make secure credit card payments in as little as a few clicks. You are NOT required to have an account with PayPal in advance, nor will you need to open one. We also accept Western Union, MoneyGram and bank transfers. Save a full 4% off your order before shipping when paying this way. All payment methods are quick, painless, and extremely secure.

7: Are you sure your payment system is secure?
A: Since you are automatically transferred to PayPal for payment, no credit card data or banking information is ever entered or saved on our servers. In addition, PayPal offers extended buyer and fraud protection on your purchases at no extra cost to you.

8: Do you charge tax or duties? Who is responsible for importing my purchase into my country?
A: Being an international sale, no local tax is charged or remitted on our end. You are responsible for any taxes, import duties and/or brokerage fees charged by your government or the shipping company upon delivery. The courier or post office will prepare the proper paperwork and deliver your purchase right to your door. We do our best to help minimize the amount of taxes that you are required to pay by your government. Many countries have no import duties or taxes. Please check with your local Customs agency for specifics on your country. Also, please ensure ahead of time that the tech toys you are purchasing can be legally imported/brought into your country. We are not responsible if any part of your purchase is seized by Customs agents or refused entry.

9: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: Most of our tech toys come with a standard 1 year limited warranty that protects against all manufacturing defects, unless otherwise noted. Physical abuse, water damage, environmental extremes, and normal wear-and-tear are NOT covered. Accessories such as cables, cases, memory cards, bags, etc, are warrantied for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Power chargers are warrantied for 90 days. Refurbished items typically also have a 90 day warranty. All warranties are clearly marked at the top of each product order page.

10: How do I make a return?
A: All returned items require pre-approval and an RA number. Please email us first, at which time we will assess your situation and give you the address of our return depot. You are responsible for return shipping to us, but for the first 6 months of your warranty we will send your repaired or replaced tech toy back to you at our cost. If you wish to return an item for a refund, please email us. You have one week from the original delivery date to initiate a return, and your returned tech toy must still be in new, re-sellable condition, with all original boxes and items included. If everything is in order upon return, you will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee and issued a refund at that time. In all cases, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage caused during shipping.

11: Where are you located?
A: Our sourcing office and quality control group of buyers are in Shenzhen, China. Often called the "World's Factory," Shenzhen is next door to Hong Kong and home to the largest electronics market in Asia, with literally thousands of wholesalers, factory reps and outlets. From the assembly line direct to your home, we can have your dream gadget in your hands in record time.

13: How does delivery work?
A: We use world famous and trusted courier DHL for door-to-door service to most major, worldwide destinations in about one week. Inexpensive, registered shipping options by Hong Kong Post are also available. Unlike our competitors that offer "free" shipping, we do NOT use China Post which is unreliable and extremely slow. Although cheaper to use, we don't expect our customers to have to wait a month or more for their purchase to arrive (or get lost or stolen by China Post staff). All shipments are tracked and require your signature upon delivery. We will email you your tracking number within one business day of your package leaving our warehouse.

14: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times are comprised of two separate parts: picking times from our warehouse, and shipping times to your door by courier or Post Office. Once your order is processed by our online system, we thoroughly inspect your purchase and prepare it for shipping. This takes up to 3 business days. If you choose DHL, once our courier receives your package, an additional 3 to 5 working days are required for final delivery to your door. With DHL, most orders will reach North American or European destinations within one week of your payment. Other shipping methods use the post office and take longer. Hong Kong Air Mail typically takes between one and two weeks. Please note that all deliveries can take longer if your package is delayed by your country's Customs department. Slowdowns can also occur during the Christmas rush.

15: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes, we can offer even lower wholesale and volume pricing. We give special deals and pricing for tech toys purchased in bulk, as well as with promotional gadgets like USB memory sticks and media players (PMPs). We wholesale many more products than we list on our website. Even if you don't see it here, please drop us a line for a wholesale price quote. We also extend wholesale customers a discount when paying by PayPal eCheck.

16: Do you offer sourcing and QC services?
A: Navigating the sourcing waters and avoiding the many pitfalls doesn't have to be a challenge that you take on alone. Leverage our experience, connections, and Chinese language skills to maximize your purchasing power when negotiating with factories for your OEM product line. We can do it all, saving you a flight here, or simply help out when negotiations or quality control visits to the factory are needed.
