Warranty and Returns

RepairBuy with confidence from TechToys2go.com. Except for those items otherwise noted, everything we sell is brand new, factory fresh, and 100% fully covered by our 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories such as cables, cases, memory cards, bags, etc, are warrantied for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Power chargers are warrantied for 90 days. If your purchase fails within the warranty period, please contact us to obtain a return authorization (RA). Only those returned items with a valid RA number will be accepted.

We reserve the right to repair or replace your returned tech toy at our sole discretion. You are responsible for shipping to our warranty and returns depot, but during the first 6 months of your warranty period we will return your repaired item or replacement at our cost by Registered Air Mail. After the first 6 months you are responsible for shipping charges in both directions for all factory repairs. Please note that software/firmware issues are not covered by warranty, nor are issues related to normal wear-and-tear or abuse. If you are unable to properly flash your product, or have bricked your device, we will service it for free, but you must pay all shipping charges. Rest assured that our return rate is low. We only sell high quality, premium Chinese gadgets manufactured to a higher standard than most other Chinese products. As well, we carefully and thoroughly inspect ALL items we sell BEFORE they leave our warehouse to eliminate any potential, dead-on-arrival scenarios. In the rare event that your purchase arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will re-imburse you for the return shipping to our warehouse and pay for a replacement to be shipped.

If you wish to return an item for refund, please email us first for a return authorization (RA). You have one week from your original delivery date to initiate a return, and your returned tech toy must be in new, re-sellable condition. All sales returns must be in their original box, with all manuals, chargers, batteries, cables, and other supporting items. If everything is in order upon return, you will be assessed an industry-standard 15% re-stocking fee and issued a refund at that time.
